Editor's Pick
Ask anyone familiar with the
local cabaret scene, and they'll tell you that Will McMillan gets around.
As the artform's most ardent supporter, McMillan has been campaigning
on behalf of cabaret for years. His efforts have paid off. Cabaret appears
to be flourishing and so is McMillan's career. Next up for McMillan is
"Old Love, New Love," a collaboration with pianist/composer Steve Sweeting
that the two bring to Sculler's Jazz Club on Wednesday, February 9. Together
they will mix up standards from Kern, Porter and the Gershwins with newer
material from Sondheim, Bucchino and Brourman.
